Blancos Family Cleaners Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Blancos Family Cleaners' Pickup and Delivery Service ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. The Service provides pickup and delivery of laundry and dry cleaning items from and to the address provided by the customer during the order process. All orders must be placed using the online "Pickup and Delivery Order Details" form, request an order with one of the staff at the phone number 801-225-0501, or contacting the email address at store@bfcleaners.com. If payment is made online, it must be completed at the time of order delivery and made via phone call only using our point of sale software. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Prices for individual items are as listed on our website. Any changes or updates to pricing will be reflected there. Additional charges may apply for special cleaning requests or treatments. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available during the specified pickup and delivery times unless indicated by order instruction ahead of time. If the customer is unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply. Any changes to pickup or delivery times must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. While we take utmost care in cleaning and handling your items, in the rare event of damage or loss, our liability will be limited to no more exceeding ten times the amount charge for providing such service to the item, considering its age and condition in guidance to the Textile Fair Claims Guide behind every order ticket. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages or conditions of items, and such damages may not be recognized upon return.
We will make every effort to follow special cleaning instructions provided. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any specific cleaning request. Personal information provided during the order process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service, marketing and analysis done by Blancos Family Cleaners. We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use the Service after such changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with United States of America, Utah State, and Local laws, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah State and Utah County.
